1. You must apply as a team, and be accepted to participate.
  2. The deadline to apply is September 15.
  3. Teams must consist of a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 4 members.
  4. Teams must only include registered participants who are not organizers, volunteers, judges, sponsors, or in any privileged position at the event.
  5. All team members must be present at the event, but they can leave the venue for some time to work on their projects elsewhere.
  6. Teams are allowed to use an idea they had before the event.
  7. Teams can work on ideas that have already been done.
  8. Teams can work on an idea they have worked on before.
  9. Teams can add new features to existing projects, but judges will only consider new functionality introduced, or new features added during the hackathon in determining the winners.
  10. Teams can use libraries, frameworks, or open-source code in their projects.
  11. Using previously developed code and open-sourcing it solely for using it during the event is not allowed.
  12. At least 40% of the project's codebase must be original (not generated by AI, not built using open sourced or code written before the hackathon.
  13. Teams must stop hacking once the time is up, but they are allowed to debug and make small fixes to their programs after the time is up.
